About the Event
This 3-day intensive is the third level of the Medical Qigong Self-Transformation Series, and a requirement for practitioner certification. Students will be introduced to advanced meditations (including the Sleeping Dragon exercise), expanding conscious awareness, organ self-massage exercises, self-healing massages, point tapping and Taoist Wu Dang (Hun Yuan) exercises for "washing" and regulating the energies of the body.
