Way of All Life Class

Learn basic Qigong and discuss core principles of the Way of All Life for overall harmony, wholeness and peace. 

This 90-minute class is available to all our Basic members, and is presented every Tuesday & Thursday at 9:15 AM (except on dates listed below). Attend in person at our studio or participate through livestream.

Foundation

Self-Transformation 1

Establish the foundation of transformative power in yourself.

Participants will be introduced to a brief overview of Chinese energetic medicine history & energetic terminology. They will gain basic understanding of energetic anatomy, physiology and energetic channels. They will learn exercises for purging the body’s internal organs, energetic channels and tissues of turbid Qi and breaking up stagnation from deep inside the body’s tissue.
 
Students will become empowered with knowledge and understanding of various Qigong exercises (including Dao Yin, sound vibration and regulation exercises) for detoxifying, strengthening and regulating the body’s yin organs (heart, spleen, lungs, kidneys, liver) and confidently establish an effective daily workout practice.

Awaken

Self-Transformation 2

Access Deeper Chambers of the Soul and Expand to Greater Awareness.

Participants will be introduced to training creative visualization, increasing mind concentration, increasing perceptual awareness, healing from emotional traumas of the past, soul retrieval, releasing emotional blockages and energetic armoring, spiritual trauma protocol, and Yi Quan exercises for developing vibration in the body for increased power.

Ascend

Self-Transformation 3

Ascend beyond the mundane world through true physical, energetic and spiritual transformation.

Participants will be introduced to advanced meditations (including the Sleeping Dragon exercise), expanding conscious awareness, organ self-massage exercises, self-healing massages, point tapping and Taoist Wu Dang (Hun Yuan) exercises for "washing" and regulating the energies of the body.
