Weekly General Qigong Classes

The General Qigong class provides an introduction to the basic concepts, movement exercises and meditations of this ancient Chinese health practice. No experience is required. Loose fitting clothing is recommended. Students may participate sitting down or standing. Admission is paid in person, or provided through a monthly membership (learn more here)

Monthly Advanced Qigong Classes

The Advanced Qigong class provides an in-depth exploration of movements, theories and meditations for students who have completed the Practioner 1 course or the Self-Transformation 1-2 courses. This class is presented every first Wednesday of the month from 7–9 p.m.

 

Space is limited to the first 12 students who register. Registration is done online through the Event's & Training page.
